I shared over on Hello Sunshine today a post all about planning!

Hello Sunshine!

I am so excited to share with you how I have spent the last few weeks getting ready for the new year!!  Make sure to head over to Hello Sunshine so you can check it out!  I need help with something to, so make sure to leave me a comment over there!

All about planning!

I love sharing a little bit more about me with my readers, and saw this awesome link up that The Tattooed Teacher was doing, so I knew I had to share it with you!

This week was all about yes or no questions!!  Not too hard to fill out, and I was able to share a little bit with you!!

A fun get to know me assessment from The Tattooed Teacher

It is Monday morning, and my sweet babies at least let me sleep in until 6 this morning!  Needless to say I am hungry because we haven't had breakfast yet, and I am sitting at my dining room table in my pjs!

Our TV isn't on, but my sweet babies are watching toons on the iPad.  Sometimes it is easier to let them each have their own iPad rather than arguing over who gets to watch what on the TV.

I was born and raised in Northern California, and then went to college in Orange County!  My hubby and I moved to Arizona in 2008!  I miss California, and the beautiful surroundings I had, but I am so thankful I live in Arizona.  Here I am able to own a home, raise my family, and we have great friends!

Make sure to check out The Tattooed Teacher's blog so you can link up and share a little more about you!!

I can't believe I only have one more Friday of summer!!  Next week is my last week of summer!  Where has time gone!?

I am linking up with Doodle Bugs Teaching to bring you my Five for Friday for this week!

Family trip to Orange County, July 2015

I was so excited that we were able to begin our week on the beach in Orange County!  I lived in Orange County for five years, and those years were some of the best years of my life.  I LOVED living so close to the beach, and being able to drive PCH whenever I wanted to.  It was a blast to be able to bring the kids, and walk on the beach again!

Sneak peek into my classroom for 2015 - 2016 school year

I was able to get into my classroom again this week!!  I am so excited that I am ALMOST done with the decorating!  Plus, my partner and I got together and we were able to plan outline two subjects until November!!  AMEN!!

These ladies are some of my best friends!  I LOVE that I am able to chat with them daily, and that they are a great support system that I have!  Do you recognize them!?  If you don't, please go check them out!!  Ashlyn, The Creative Classroom, Jennifer, The Blessed Teacher, and Caitlin, The Kinder Garden.

Many faces of a 2 year old selfie!!

We had to take our kiddos to the allergist this morning.  Last summer they were both diagnosed with being allergic to peanuts, tree nuts, her eggs, and him dogs.  It was time for our annual check in, and we are hoping that with some new studies baby girl will be able to outgrow her allergies!!  We had to wait to get some blood work done, and nothing entertains a 2 year old more than a camera!!

I LOVE this song!  One of my favorite Jeremy Camp songs!!  I love that he shares with us at the beginning of this video too!!

Good evening everyone!!  I hope that you have been enjoying your summer as much as I have!!  It has taken me all week to recover from #tptvegas15 and I still don't think I am!!  I had lunch with the amazing Jennifer, The Blessed Teacher, today to talk about Vegas!  I still can't believe it was only last week that we were all together!!

Tonight I am linking up with Doodle Bugs Teaching to bring you my Five for Friday!

An eventful drive home from #tptvegas15

We didn't come home from Vegas until Sunday, and what an eventful trip home it was!!  We had to drive over a tire in the road on the way home, and needless to say $200 later our car is fixed.  Luckily we were able to pull over to the side of the road so my husband could remove this plate from under our car!!  Plus, we were safe and fine!  I am very thankful that it wasn't worse.

SNEAK PEEK into my classroom as I set up this summer!

I was very excited to get into my classroom two more days this week!!  I am so happy that things are starting to come together!  I was able to work with my new teaching partner too, so we were able to start moving things around in her room too!  This is just a little sneak peek at what I was working on earlier this week!!

FREE trip to the pet store is great for entertaining toddlers!

On Thursday I had my babies all to myself while my hubby was working in his classroom!!  I was able to take them to run some errands with me.  They LOVE to go to the pet store, so of course we had to go!!  I am very thankful that they haven't asked to bring anything home yet!!

I am home now from Vegas, and I cannot even begin to explain how AMAZING my trip was!!  I was excited to meet some of the Elementary Entourage bloggers, and am excited to be linking up with them!!

My hubby and I left last Sunday to head out to Vegas!  It was great because we were able to spend Sunday and Monday together before the craziness began!!

On Monday we hit up the outlets, and I was able to pick up this cute purse and wallet!  I LOVE them, and they came in super handy!!

Monday night my best friend came to stay with us!  She lives in Vegas now, so we hung out for the night and day!  I LOVE her because we can just sit around and not do much!!  We met her hubby off the strip for dinner Tuesday night, and it was delicious!!

Chelsea and I before #tptvegas15

Wednesday the fun of #tptvegas15 began!  I couldn't wait for my #bloggybestie Ashlyn to fly in!  I headed over to the Venetian early so that way I could meet up with Tami and Tammy for coffee!!  (We didn't get a picture, what were we thinking!?!)

Clair Lynn shirts from Vegas

While I was waiting for Ashlyn to get there I might have hit up the Clair Lynn table!!  Their shirts are AMAZING!!  I was so glad I picked up these three!  I can't wait to wear them around and show them off!!

Ashlyn and I getting ready for the pool party!

Ashlyn and Lindsey threw an AMAZING pool party!!  They had fantastic decorations, super fun people came, and the best giveaways!!  I was lucky enough to win something from Krista!!  I can't wait!!  I might have a slight addiction to all things Krista!!  :)

AZ blogger buddies at the #makeasplash pool party in Vegas!

It was so fun to hang out with some of my favorite Arizona bloggers at the pool party too!  These ladies are inspiring, and help push me to do my best!!

#tptvegas15 blogger meet up and friends

Wednesday night was the BIG TPT meet up!!  It was CRAZY!!  There were people every where!!  The room was much bigger this year than last year, but there were still SOOOO many people!  They had a Go Noodle photo booth that was a ton of fun!!

This collage shows so many amazing women that I met, or connected with Wednesday, Thursday and Friday!!  These ladies are ALL amazing!!

Nachos so big, we couldn't eat them all!

For dinner Wednesday night after the huge meet up a few of us headed down the street!!  Ashlyn and I shared this huge plate of nachos!  I wish we had an after picture, but it wouldn't have looked too much different than this one!!  We dug a hole into the nachos, but it didn't really look like we ate too much!

#tptvegas15 where dreams come true

Thursday morning the conference started with some networking sessions!  I will be honest, I definitely sat on the second floor talking to my kids and then checking every email I could before I headed downstairs.  I was so nervous to go!!  I am so glad I went though, because I was able to meet some amazing people like Jenny, Farley and so many more!!

Getting ready for Erin Cobb's amazing session

After lunch sessions started!  My favorite session on Thursday was with these amazing ladies when we heard from the talented Erin Cobb at I'm Lovin Lit!!  Her session was SPOT ON and I couldn't get enough!
Flair pens help show our personalities

We loved that we were color coordinated with our flair pens too!  Of course we use the pens that best match our binders!  Wouldn't you!?

AZ bloggers at the Go Noodle meet up!

After the sessions we headed to the Go Noodle pool party!!  Arizona is in second place and we wanted to make sure to introduce ourselves to Holly so we could hang out with them soon!  Plus we had to check out the new videos coming to our classrooms soon, and score some awesome shades!!  My son LOVES them already!!  If you don't Go Noodle yet, make sure you check it out!!  Your kids will LOVE it!!

Periscope Newbies taking on Periscope #teacher_scope

After we relaxed a little after the Go Noodle meet up we decided, thanks to the amazing inspiration by Angie and Ashley, that we should do our first Periscope!!  IT. WAS. A. BLAST!!  We shared with you #2truths1lie!!  We LOVED hanging out with you guys, and seeing which one you thought was our lie!!  In case you missed it, here are mine and you can guess in the comments!!  1 - I cheered for ten years, 2 - I have a black belt in karate, or 3 - I have bowled a perfect 300!!

AZ bloggers shown during the #tptvegas15 keynote speech!

Friday morning we had our keynote speakers!!  Paul, Amy, and Rachel Lynette all did amazing jobs!!  We had our Arizona meet up a few weeks ago, and it was awesome to see our picture on the screen!!  Yes, that is us!!

These two AMAZING ladies took me in as their third roomie!!

The sessions on Friday were amazing again!!  It is great to be able to learn SOOO much, and come home and apply it!!  I can't wait to share with you some of the big things that I am going to start working on during the next school year!!

I am even more excited about all of the relationships that I was able to continue to develop, people I was able to meet in person, and the friendships that are going to continue to grow even when we are hundreds or thousands of miles apart!!  Thanks to things like Periscope, IG, Facebook, google hangouts and our blogs I am so thankful that we will be apart in distance, but we will have the opportunity to share and connect!!

Night out on the town during #tptvegas15Photo Booth fun with some of my favorites during #tptvegas15 happy hour

There were so many people I wanted to meet, and we just ran out of time!  I am already looking forward to setting up meetings next year, and making sure that I have time to spend with my friends that I won't get to see in the next year!  I miss my friends already, and can't believe I have to wait until next July for the fun to continue!!
I am so excited that I have been challenging myself this summer with my TPT business!  I am also excited that I have been able to connect and team up with some AMAZING people doing this!!  I LOVE the relationships that I have been able to find through my blog, IG and Facebook!  The teaching community is seriously an amazing community!!

This past week we were challenged to complete a new project and then reach out to some one to exchange our product with!!

I teamed up with Elizabeth from Hodges Herald!!  It was awesome to get feedback on my newest creation for you!!  It was my summer goal to conquer my monthly math centers, and I am so excited that I just finished my October centers!!

All of my monthly math centers are focusing on five different areas that I believe our students need constant focus on!  I started my math centers with August because I begin school in August, but there is no indication as to when the centers should be used.  There is nothing on the centers to show that they are for a certain time of the year.  No pumpkins, no holiday decor, no spring grass, just bright colors!!  This way you could differentiate if needed too!!

My October centers have a great variety of activities for students to do!  Some of the centers come with QR code options, as well as full color or ink friendly versions!

I can't wait to share these with you again in October when my students start using them!  I am working on a whole year of centers, and I have a growing bundle started already!!  Right now the growing bundle has August, September and October centers already uploaded!!

Check out Hodges Herald too so you can check out her awesome resources that I was able to check out!  I can't wait to use them in my classroom too!!
I am LOVING summer break!  It is flying by, but has been so much fun!!  We had a great week, and I  know we are going to have a great weekend!!

This morning I am linking up with Doodle Bugs Teaching for Five for Friday!!

This week my hubby and I celebrated 8 years of marriage!!  One of our favorite places to go is the Melting Pot!  I was so excited that my hubby let us go there!  I was totally okay with breaking away from Whole 30 to do it too!  I love feeling great, but the Melting Pot is SOOOOO yummy!!

This week I took my babies to a splash pad!  It is a ton of fun!  We usually go with friends but our friends are out of town right now so we went by ourselves.  We left before all of the big kids ran us over, but we still had a lot of fun!  My son LOVED the water slide, and my sweet girl wanted to just run in the water!

This week was the FIRST TIME all summer that I was able to get into my classroom!  I was SOOO excited to finally be able to get in!  I usually like to have my room ready to go before summer starts so that way I don't have to think or stress about it over the summer.  This year I was blessed to move classrooms, so I was able to get in and start setting up!  Here is a little sneak peek for you to see what I've been up to this week!

This morning my son and I ran back to my classroom to drop off a few more things and we are heading up to grandma and grandpa's house to drop the kids off before we go to Vegas!!  I can't wait! Can you tell how excited I am!?  I am already decked out in my TPT gear!!

This is my hubby's new favorite song and my son sings the chorus too!  LOVE IT!
