Oh my, how did October fly by so quickly and we are already in November!?
That means I now have one week left of our first trimester, three weeks until Thanksgiving break, and then when we return, only three weeks until CHRISTMAS!! I need to kick it into gear for all of my holiday stuff I want to try and squeeze in!
This morning I am linking up with the amazing Farley to bring you my November Currently! I LOVE this link up, and was waiting patiently for it all day yesterday. I went to sleep early last night though, so I missed it last night, so here I am first thing this morning!
My son doesn't know how to sleep past six, like really doesn't do it, so I have already been listening to him play for an hour. We are trying our best to stay quiet as sissy and daddy are still sleeping. It isn't going to last very much longer though, as it is almost time for them to get up for church too!
I am loving my new boots I picked up at Target today! We are taking our family pictures this afternoon and I can't wait to wear them!
I am thinking that I have a TON to get done today! I didn't do anything productive yesterday, other than cleaning my house and playing with my kids. I didn't do any grading, planning, school or TPT stuff. Oh man, do I have a lot to try and squeeze into the hours left of today. Whatever doesn't get done will still be here tomorrow though, but I do have big plans for November!
I started a new book last night, The Chance by Karen Kingsbury and I already love it! I wish I could take a mental health day again today and just read all day!
I also need to plan our meals for the week. My mom is coming to stay with us this week to take care of our kids. Bubs has half days on Thursday and Friday for parent teacher conferences. It doesn't make it very easy for me to pick him up since I don't have a half day as well.
Well, I have procrastinated enough this weekend, and now it is time to go get ready for church! I hope that you all have a great Sunday, and enjoyed that extra hour of sleep! (We don't get it here in AZ, amen! I can't imagine what time my kid would get up if we did!
Fall weather just makes me want to curl up with a book and read, too. I hope you still manage to be productive today! It is hard on the weekends, sometimes. I can only imagine with kids!

I could sit and read all day too!! I just started a book late last night and woke up early this morning (with the time change that you don't have to deal with!) so I've been reading, reading, reading!! Enjoy your productive day! I'm hoping to have one of those too...but we'll see :)

How do you plan your meals!? I'm always looking for new ideas. I do a lot of freezer cooking so I typically prep all my meals once a month so they are ready to go!

I have to finish report cards tomorrow! Spent most of today working on them too...So many comments for 25 kids! I remember my report cards only had general comments from my elementary teachers and now my students report cards have a space for a comment after every subject, work habit, and conduct grade. Takes forever! Good luck with yours!
