I used to pin to Pinterest ALL. OF. THE. TIME!! My personal account has A TON of pins!! I have since then created a teacher pinterest account, and I haven't pinned nearly as much. I have started to get back into it a little bit though, and I found this new linky! I love this idea, and can't wait to see what everyone else is going to be doing!
Both of these ladies have great ideas, and if you don't follow them yet, you'll want to make sure you go check out this link up after!!
I love this idea of having students tear paper to create their snowmen! I can't wait to see what my students' snowmen look like. I love the idea of reading more snowmen stories during January too. We had a snowman day in December, but we only read one snowman story that day.
I love the idea of students getting to design what their snowmen would look like if it snowed different colors! Instead of using scrapbook paper though, I think I'm going to have students color their snowmen. This way they have complete control over what their snowman would look like.
We have very warm winters here in Arizona, even though it did snow in many parts of the state over break! I love this idea of having students create snowflakes with crayons, and then water color over it! I don't think I'll have students trace snowflakes, but instead show them pictures of different snowflakes, and then having them create their own.
What cute snowmen and the watercolor snow flake is amazing!
