Crazy to think that my summer is flying by! Here I am, and already done with week 3!! This week has been a busy week again!! I can't believe how quickly time is flying by!! I can't believe this was posted this week too!!
This morning I am linking up with Doodle Bugs Teaching for Five for Friday!
The week started with some family time!! I love going on walks with my kids through my parent's neighborhood! It's so nice and we don't have to worry about cars going too fast!!
In church on Sunday the sermon was AMAZING!!! This part really spoke to me!
This week I was able to take two girls to go get pedicures and lunch! It was a blast, and they helped me remember why I spend these hours during the summer doing what I do. They helped me remember how much I love teaching, and how much I love spending time with students!
I stopped by my school on Wednesday to check things out. I switched classrooms at the very end of the school year, but am still waiting to move into my new classroom. I left all of my stuff in one of the new third grade rooms. When I walked in it was all pushed to the sides, and now I have no idea where anything is. Does this make your head hurt like it does mine!?! I'm hoping to be able to get in by the end of the month to start setting things up!
My current favorite for the week!! Love Crowder!
It looks like your summer is going well! It's the best when you can get some rest and relaxation in. I am also switching classrooms this upcoming year. Everything is a mess and it gives me a little bit of anxiety to think about it. We will get it all sorted out and organized just the way we like it! :) Have a great weekend.
ReplyDeleteI switched classroom last year and am doing it again this year. I know the anxiety of walking in and not knowing where anything is and randomly opening boxes and trying to organize. But I secretly love all that re-organizing. Good luck with your move.

I definitely feel the anxiety about not knowing where anything is! All my school stuff is in a storage unit! Moving to a new school certainly hinders a lot of planning!
